Educate all service members in the same manner so that they are all prepared for all military careers and tasks, no matter their gender
Lift the ban on women in combat
Allow women to fill any army position that they meet requirements for
Ban all women from serving in the military
IV. The solution I (we) propose is: (This section will become your proposed legislation. Be sure to include what agency will implement your law, proposed cost if any and effective date)
Be it enacted a FEDERAL law that all current bans on women in the military to be lifted. Both men and women will recieve the same training and education for the same positions and they will both be able to fulfil any military position they are qualified for. To become effective September 1, 2011.

Women will now be on equal standings as men. Discrimination not allowing women to do certain aspects in the military will cease
